Frequently asked questions

Yes. Every new agency gets a 1-month free trial with the Pro plan features: advanced fleet management, maintenance, insurance, profitability per vehicle, reports, employee accounts and permissions. At the end of the trial you choose the plan that matches your fleet and your needs.

No. The trial starts without a credit card and without commitment. You pay nothing until you choose a plan.

It mainly depends on the size of your fleet and your team:

• Essentiel: up to 10 vehicles and 3 users, to centralise vehicles, customers, reservations and contracts.
• Pro: up to 30 vehicles and 10 users, with maintenance, insurance, profitability, reports and employee management. This is the recommended plan for most agencies.
• Business: up to 100 vehicles and 25 users, for several teams and advanced needs.
• Enterprise: beyond 100 vehicles or for several branches, API and custom integrations, on quote.

You simply move to the next plan. Vehicle and user limits are those of your plan: 10, 30 or 100 vehicles. If your fleet grows, moving to Pro, Business or Enterprise happens without recreating your account or losing your data.

Yes, at any time. Start small and move to a higher plan as your fleet grows. The change is made from your account or with the help of our team.

Yes. Your vehicles, customers, reservations, contracts, invoices and histories stay in your account when you change plan. The change only affects the limits and the features available.

Yes. The Pro and Business plans include employee accounts with roles and permissions, so each team member only accesses what they need. Essentiel includes up to 3 users, Pro up to 10 and Business up to 25.

The Business plan is built on a multi-branch ready architecture, depending on the features supported. For an organisation with several branches, large teams or integration needs, the Enterprise plan is scoped on quote with our team.

For Enterprise plans, a custom migration of your data is part of the onboarding. For the other plans, contact us before you start: we will tell you the best way to bring in your existing vehicles and customers.
