When you fill in a contact or demo request form, we collect the information you enter: name, company, email, phone, city, fleet size and message. This data is used only to answer your request and to contact you about it.
Technical preferences
The website stores locally in your browser your display choice for prices (monthly or annual) and your language choice. This information does not leave your device and is not sent to KriHani.
Cookies and audience measurement
The website does not set advertising cookies. If an audience measurement tool is enabled, it must be listed here with the corresponding legal basis and retention period.
Retention
Requests received through the forms are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and the business relationship that may follow.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and objection. To exercise it, write to contact@krihani.com.
Data processed in the KriHani software
The data that agencies enter in the KriHani software (vehicles, customers, contracts, payments) is processed on behalf of the client agency, under the conditions set out in the subscription agreement and the software terms of use.
