KriHani uses a single pricing grid for every rental agency in Morocco. The price does not depend on your type of business but on four criteria: the size of your fleet, the number of users, the complexity of your operations and your need for advanced management. This guide helps you read that grid and decide.
Start by counting your vehicles
This is the main criterion. Each plan sets a fleet capacity:

Count the vehicles you actually rent out, including those in maintenance or off the road: they must exist in the software so that their history and expenses are tracked.
Then count the people who will use the software
A user is a person who logs in with their own account: you, a counter agent, an accountant, a workshop manager. If you work alone or with one other person, Essentiel is enough. As soon as you want everyone to have access limited to their own work, you need roles and permissions, included from Pro.
Ask yourself what you want to manage
Essentiel is for centralising: vehicles, customers, reservations, contracts, invoices, payments and deposits in one place, with basic maintenance and statistics.
Pro is for managing. It adds what a growing agency always ends up asking for:
- advanced maintenance, insurance and incidents, with the history of each vehicle;
- unpaid balance tracking and profitability per vehicle;
- advanced reports and statistics;
- employee accounts with roles and permissions;
- advanced company configuration, with stamp and VAT where supported.
Business is for structuring a company with several teams: advanced permissions, reinforced financial controls, extended reporting, higher limits, priority support and a multi-branch ready architecture, depending on the features supported.
Monthly or annual?
Monthly payment has no commitment. Annual payment works out at about 2 months free: 1,990 MAD instead of 2,388 MAD for Essentiel, 3,990 MAD instead of 4,788 MAD for Pro, 6,990 MAD instead of 8,388 MAD for Business. If you are sure you will use KriHani all year, annual is the most economical.
When should you move to a higher plan?
The right moment is when you reach one of the limits of your plan: the number of vehicles, the number of users, or a feature you need. The change can be made at any time, without recreating your account: your vehicles, customers, contracts and histories are kept. Start small, move to a higher plan as your fleet grows.
